Glaciologists have known for over thirty years that mankind's impact on the climate is continuing to push temperatures higher. It's time for mankind to realise this and turn back. This documentary is an essential step in taking collective action. Pascal Bejeannin, artist sculptor and creator of mediating and curious works of art, metal animals called "Au-revoir camarade", seeks to encourage people to bear witness through art, images and aesthetics. It's a chance to meet the people who live in the regions on the alert, whether they be specialists, scientists or participants in expeditions.
The "ATSUNAI KAMMAK / Au-REVOIR CAMARADE" project began in 2019 with the expedition of Pascal Bejeannin's bear sculpture to Greenland, followed by a 5-year loan and exhibition in the hall of the Espace des Mondes Polaires Paul-Émile Victor (the project's logistical partner).
