What I love most of all is walking in silence. Because walking in silence allows you to observe, listen, feel, reflect...
And when nature wakes up, all our senses are awakened.
Bending down to look at a flower
Put your ear to the ground to hear birds singing. Feel the energy of the water in the stream
Smell the humus in the forest, a freshly cut tree, the fields...
Contemplate the setting sun.
